Hello, you might know me as a Moderator Dragon a.k.a Drag. One of the admins which is friendly to Van, Xader, etc ..v.. But i alway understanding how a good admin < no matter your level from 0 to 10 >.
Each part will have 1 to 2 Chapter and Semi-chapter.
CHAPTER I : CHOOSING
1.Alway have to choose right person to be an admin.
Everyone can be admin, moderator, or even a Co-owner. Only Van disscion or i say any owners . You should never ask a level to you. If you want to be promote by an owner, just be nice, helpful, friendly. No matter your age are in ( even a 5 years old ), they alway accept your behavior and promoted.
In my sight of helping server, i'm not just helping it, i also help their behavior. To be a part of our staff team or other server something. You just need 3 thing:
+ Royal
+ Good
+ Trust
Royal for player as love this server.
Good for built yourself behavior.
Trust for friendship between you and other.
3 Things very important that you will alway need it.
2. Spirit of playing is important than rich and money in-game.
I would have little important on money in-game but i just need 5 kind vehicles to become cop leader in this server xD lmao. So everyone have that is good because if helping you to have more friendliness than a Richy guy xD. What would you choice, a poor guy ask for help with a SofPlaying or a Richy guy hired you for money.
Be it guy , something you can't keep it but that one is a Soul of a gamer.
So if an admin like be rich, i rather not in his/her side LOL
