Suggestions for the server

Hey guys!

Today i got myself i nice ideas of the server......

1) /paycaution: when you get arrested and sur instead of being sur for a long time!! , use /paycaution

2) /nogoto on/off: to enable/disable goto for players

3) /radar off/on: to enable/disable player radar on the map

4) /a AKA animation cmds: like /a dance , /a die , /a sit etc....... animations for player

5) Add Dodo in the server plz

Yea..... is sound right xD to me.
But when updating server in-game need to open your radar, nogoto is also on too < but only person can goto you is admin level 2 above > So this would suggest another in /acmds is /agoto.
I understand actually , newbie will annoy us when we on work. So that is perfect to goto staff members.
P/s: Just take 4 second to goto a person

My suggest is later after Cop system.
Wanted more than 5 stars will unavailable to use commands /radar until the person must be sur or under 5 stars. < This is fair ok ? Like in US, every car can't hide easy xD >.
The person wanted will have a Black radar to know dangerous thief/robber/killers.
